For custom parts, we recommend attaching CAD files or clear sketches to help us provide an accurate price. We typically reply with a formal quote within 24 hours.

Our MOQ varies based on the part type and material. For standard off-the-shelf parts, we offer low MOQs starting from 50 pieces. For custom OEM/ODM parts, MOQs start at 100–500 pieces, but we also support small prototype orders for new designs. Please contact us with your requirements for a precise quote.

Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM services, including custom material selection, surface treatment, dimensional modifications, and packaging. Our engineering team also offers free DFM (Design for Manufacturing) reviews to optimize your design for production, cost, and reliability. We can also create custom molds for your unique parts.

Our factory is certified to ISO 9001, and we can provide compliance documents such as material test reports (MTR), dimensional inspection reports, and RoHS/REACH certificates upon request. All parts undergo 100% dimensional and visual inspection before shipping to ensure they meet your specifications.

Lead times depend on the order type and complexity. Standard parts in stock can ship within 3–5 working days. For custom orders, production typically takes 15–30 days, plus 7–14 days for shipping to most countries. We offer expedited production for urgent orders upon request.
